Conformance Services ensure that healthcare technology solutions meet regulatory, security, and interoperability requirements. These services facilitate quality assurance, security compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Certification and Governance Service
Certification and Governance Services ensure the integrity, compliance, and ongoing adherence of healthcare solutions to national standards. These services facilitate certification, auditing, and issue resolution.
End-User Service
End-User Services provide support for healthcare organizations and professionals implementing and utilizing conformed solutions. These services ensure smooth deployment, user training, and ongoing assistance.

Microquest Conformance
Microquest’s Healthquest EMR v4.4.50 recently achieved conformance to the pan-Canadian Patient Summary Specification (PS-CA 1.1.0 DFT-Ballot), marking a significant step towards interoperable digital health solutions and advancing Connected Care. This achievement paves the way for clinical adoption in Alberta, enhancing patient outcomes through the use a standardized Patient Summary and streamlining healthcare delivery.


Projectathon 2025
A landmark event that brought together healthcare organizations, technology providers, and regulatory bodies from across Canada and the United States, Projectathon 2025 successfully demonstrated the power of collaboration in advancing healthcare interoperability.
Held over a week, Projectathon 2025 facilitated real-world conformance testing and validation of healthcare data exchange standards. With participation from over 25 healthcare organizations and technology partners/vendors, the event focused on ensuring seamless cross-border interoperability of electronic health records (EHRs), enhancing patient data accessibility, and improving coordinated care delivery.
